Vitamins A, B and E promote cell renewal, restructure, regenerate. High content of minerals (e.g. magnesium, calcium, potassium, phosphorus). Toxic mercury, cadmium and strontium ions can be bound by alginates in the intestinal contents and ensure that they are eliminated with the digestion.
