With the Pathfinder 2, Dogtra has not just launched a simple further development of the popular Pathfinder dog tracking and training device. The Pathfinder 2 can be described as a real revolution in dog accessories!
The dog collar is equipped with a GPS antenna. The position is sent wirelessly directly to the Bluetooth connector. This connector is connected to your own smartphone, which serves as a handset.
With a connector, up to 21 collars can be connected and dogs can be located live and without a mobile phone connection. A mobile phone connection is only required to download the map material.
But the Pathfinder 2 is much more than just a tracking device. The dog collar can also be used for training. The handler can also emit a tone, a vibration or a static impulse at greater distances (up to 1,000 m) (if the contact points are removed, no electricity delivery is possible, please note the legal regulations in your country). New: The Bluetooth connector now has a release button for the remote trainer function.
In addition, the Pathfinder 2 can also be used as an "invisible fence". The property to be fenced in is drawn on the map in the app. The coordinates are then transferred to the collar. If the dog approaches the border, a warning is given. If the limit is exceeded, a static pulse is emitted once.
