An affordable, versatile, and well-equipped four-bay charger from XTAR’s X-series, featuring a built-in power supply. The XTAR X-series chargers are designed for Li-ion and Ni-MH batteries and feature a clear LCD display.
The integrated power supply ensures easy setup, while the built-in USB input allows for portable use when traveling. A 5V 1A (1000mA) USB output enables the device to function as a power bank when batteries are inserted.
Standard XTAR features include automatic shut-off upon full charge, battery life optimization via three-stage (TC-CC-CV) charging, 0V activation, reverse polarity protection, and short-circuit/overload/overcharge protection.
With its integrated power supply, dual power input options (AC power cord and 5V 2.1A USB), and power bank functionality via the 5V 1A USB output, the XTAR X4 is an ideal, versatile travel companion. The following lithium-ion battery types can be charged with the Xtar X4:
Li-ion IMR, INR, ICR (3.6/3.7V nominal) up to 4.2V in the following sizes: 12650, 13450, 13500, 13650, 14350, 14430, 14500, 14650, 16500, 16340 (RCR123), 16650, 17350, 17500, 17650, 17670, 18350, 18490, 18500, 18650, 20700, 21700, 22500, 22650.
The following batteries can only be charged in slots 1 and 4: 26650, 26700.
Also suitable for protected 20700/21700 batteries; max. length 76mm.

Xtar X4 Product Information:
Four separate charging slots; charges 1–4 batteries simultaneously; each slot charges and monitors independently.

Charging current depends on internal resistance and slot occupancy (Ch1 to Ch4: 0.5A – 2A).
Automatic selection of charging method: TC-CC-CV for Li-ion and pulse charging for NiMH batteries.
0V activation function to revive deeply discharged batteries.
Power bank function via 5V 1A (1000mA) USB output (usable only when batteries are inserted).
The Xtar X4 can be powered by a mains cable or any 5V USB adapter (5V 2.1A recommended).
Optimized charging program (TC/CV/CC method) for IMR batteries and reactivation of Li-ion batteries.
IC temperature monitoring to prevent overheating.
